Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing polybag.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
